Pollen dryer / honey heating cabinet combination device
The pollen dryers from Koenigin are professional devices that can be used not only for drying pollen, but also for defrosting honey. These dryers are equipped with GRP boards made of glass fiber reinforced, non-porous plastic and a Surfaseal® film coating, which make them particularly durable and easy to clean. Equipped with LED lighting and double-glazed, thermally insulated doors, they enable efficient monitoring of the drying process. They feature heating and cooling fans for even heat distribution, adjustable stainless steel ventilation valves and are insulated with polystyrene. Pollen drying takes place at a maximum of 40 °C and takes around 12-24 hours, while liquefying honey takes around 24 hours at a maximum of 50 °C
