Our tangential and radial honey extractors can also be ordered with manual direction switching electronics, which rotates the machine from start to manual stop. The direction of rotation of the machine can be selected and the speed of the internal rotating basket can also be changed during operation by pressing a button.
But as standard, all our spinners are equipped with automatic, pre-programmed electronics. These control devices can work in three modes. During production, the control is set to the mode suitable for each type of machine, but this can be easily changed at any time by the user.
Optional modes of automatic control electronics:
1. Automatic rotation direction change, 3-stroke program. (For self-turning spinner)
2. Automatic speed increase in one direction of rotation for a certain time. (For radial honey extractor)
3. Manual speed control, rotation direction can be changed. (For tangential honey extractor)
In self-turning mode you can choose between four pre-programmed total spin times (programs) (3 - 4.5 - 5.5 - 6.5 minutes). Each extractor program consists of 3 cycles, with the control changing the direction of rotation of the honey extractor between cycles. The rotating baskets in the machine are braked electronically.
In radial honey extractor operation mode, you can also choose between four factory-programmed spin times (programs) (5-6-8-10 minutes). In this mode, the spin starts at approximately 60% of the speed set on the control unit and gradually accelerates to the set speed during the program. In this way, the frames are not suddenly subjected to heavy loads and the honey can be thrown out gently.
The rotation speed can be easily changed in any mode, including during operation.
Speed: 0-400/min.
In the third mode, the direction of rotation can be selected, but the spinner always rotates at the set speed until it is turned off.

The controller used for 230V motors was equipped with a new type of frequency converter and multi-function protection, resulting in safe and quiet operation, fewer failures and stronger braking effect.
