Our pollen dryers are equipped with boards made from GRP - glass fiber reinforced, non-porous plastic with a Surfaseal® film coating that resists a wide range of chemicals, scratches and stains.

The dryer is equipped with an LED lamp and a double-glazed thermally insulated door, so the drying process can be monitored without opening the door and without heat loss.
A heating and cooling fan each ensure even heat distribution.
They are attached to the side of the cabinet. This optimizes the drying process as the air can circulate evenly in each drawer.
The ventilation valves are adjustable and made of stainless steel.
The sides of the unit are insulated with polystyrene.
Drying the pollen: Set the thermostat to maximum. 40°C. Special drying is recommended for corn, sunflowers or pumpkin seeds that have a high oil content.
Therefore, in your case, set the machine for a temperature of 30 °C and increase the temperature by 2 °C every 4 hours, up to 40 °C.
The ventilation valves should be closed during the first 30 minutes of drying and then fully opened.
If you turn the vent valves up your fan will rotate clockwise, if you turn them sideways the valves will be fully open.
To dry the pollen, the ventilation valves must be fully opened.
The pollen drying process takes about 12-24 hours.
Liquify honey:
Set the thermostat to maximum. 50°C. Close the ventilation valves completely.
The honey takes about 24 hours to thaw.
