For everyone who specializes in the production of high-quality, fine, creamy honey, we offer a solution that will revolutionize your production: our electrically heated honey stirring and mixing devices. These specially designed machines are designed to produce premium cream honey, stirred at a temperature below 20°C to achieve a perfect, creamy consistency from crystallized honey.
The key role of our equipment is heating the honey to 30°C, which is essential for two essential process steps: first, when pouring the crystallized honey into the machine to achieve a homogeneous consistency; and secondly, when filling the finished cream honey into jars, which not only makes this process faster, but also makes the honey more velvety and tasty.
Our honey stirring and mixing devices offer you the following optional program cycles:

Automatic mode: 5 minutes of continuous stirring, followed by an hour break and then another 15 minutes of stirring.

Continuous stirring: until switched off manually, with the option of using separate timers.
The devices are made entirely of high-quality, stainless steel (W. No. 1.3401, AISI 304), which guarantees a robust design and a stable construction. The laser-cut stirring rakes are particularly robust and ideal for stirring thick honey. The container walls are made of 1.5 mm thick stainless steel sheet, which ensures a long service life.
We offer these high quality equipment in different sizes: 50l, 100l, 150l and 200l to meet the needs of different production scales. The recommended speed of the mixer is 43 revolutions per minute to ensure optimal honey consistency.
Finally, we would like to point out that we also offer these devices in an unheated version upon request. However, we expressly recommend the heated version as it offers decisive advantages for the production of high-quality cream honey.
